Jeff Leake was a champion of church multiplication. Throughout his ministry and right to the end, church planting remained one of Jeff’s deepest passions.


He believed his legacy would be measured not only by what he did, but by what he set into motion. 


After his passing in February of 2026, something was most certainly set into motion. CMN is dedicated to carrying the torch that Pastor Jeff bore so faithfully. Through this Legacy Offering, communities all across America will continue to have healthy, life-giving churches planted in them for years and decades to come.
